My name is Alek, and I've had the most amazing opportunity of traveling all over the world in the past 13 years. It all started with a backpack, a shoestring budget, and the desire to leave and see the world. Since then, I've made unforgettable memories wandering through ancient cities, seeing gorgeous views, admiring famous art, and making lifelong friends from all over the world.

Traveling on a budget has taught me that you don't need to be ridiculously rich to create unforgettable memories. From eating street food in Mexico to staying in hostels in Thailand, I've always managed to find ways to stretch my budget to see as much of the world as possible. Along the way, I've picked up countless tips and tricks that have helped me navigate the challenges of budget travel, and I'm excited to share them with you. BTW I took every picture here, which I'm pretty happy about.
